These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the S.M.M.A. web site (hereinafter the “Website”). By accessing the Website, you, on behalf of yourself and your applicable affiliates (hereinafter “Customer” and “you”) are acknowledging and accepting these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change by S.M.M.A. Course Limited, a St. Lucia limited liability company having offices in Dallas Texas, USA. (hereinafter “COMPANY”) at any time and at our discretion without notice. Your use of the Website after any changes are implemented constitutes your acceptance of the changes. As a result, we encourage you to consult the Terms and Conditions each time you use the Website. Please read carefully, and note our MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION and WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION PROVISION

1. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
1.1. On Donte Walker’s Program Purchases:
Unless otherwise stated on the specific products sales page and order form all of our products, all The S.M.M.A Program purchases come with a 24 hour no questions asked refund period. To have your refund qualify for this offer please reach out to our support staff via the intercom widget and request a refund. After 24 hours have passed the programs and services come with an action based 30 day money back guarantee. If you have purchased your program using a payment plan rather than a single payment option, you must qualify for a refund to receive a cancellation.

The conditions for the action based refund are as follows:
  • The member has watched all available videos.
  • The member has created a store with at least 5 products following the directions in the course.
  • The member has installed the theme and apps and applied them. 
  • If the member has had trouble the member must tag Donte or listed coaches in the group in the FB group to help solve the issue. 
  • The member must provide proof that their site is up and functional. 
  • The member must provide proof that a minimum of $100 has been spent on Facebook ads and followed the targeting in the course. 
  • The member must make an honest attempt. If our support can clearly see the member has put together a store while not following directions or has not put in consistent effort over the 30 days our staff reserves the right to deny any refund. 
  • Consistent effort is defined by the following : Being able to show work done daily on a consistent basis. An example of what our staff defines lack of consistent work is not doing any work and waiting till the last 2 days in the 30 day guarantee to put together a low effort site and low effort ads in order to abuse the action based guarantee. 
  •  All criteria for meeting our action based refund must be provided to our support staff via the chat widget (Intercom). The S.M.M.A. Course staff will not go looking for any information not will information submitted outside of the chat widget be considered when assessing the validity of a refund request. 
  •  We are DEDICATED to your success and want you to use the course. We have no intention of with holding refunds to people who have made an honest attempt and found this business model is not for them. If you are having problems please tag our coaches in the dedicated Facebook group, we are standing by ready to solve any issue you might have and to help you move forward.

Unless stated otherwise on the sales page the above must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Online Courses and Programs
Online Courses and Programs we provide are delivered over an extended period of time (I.e. over a number of months) and may include downloadable content, live online events (E.g. Webinars), access to restricted member areas, interactive forums and other content. These Courses and Programs are sold as a package and participation cannot be cancelled and no refunds are permitted once the Course content has been accessed or downloaded (partially or entirely) or the Program has commenced, whichever applies.
Users may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase provided the User has not accessed or downloaded the Course content, or the Scheduled Program has not yet commenced, whichever applies.

REFUNDS FOR “HARD GOODS AND/OR DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AND/OR INTANGIBLE ITEMS”
* There are no refunds on MP3 audio or Ebook products.*
If You have purchased a “hard good” and/or “Digital product or service” and/or “intangible item” (for example, a book, MP3 player, or other tangible product a software service, a coaching service, an digital download item, buying access to a monthly membership website with digital content etc) from Social Media Marketing Accelerator, DW LLC sold under any of its brands or related brands, you may receive a limited refund if you comply with the following conditions:
  •  You must request a refund in writing by contacting support@dontewalker.com;
  • Your request for a refund must be made within thirty (30) days;
  • You must return the hard goods and all digital content to Social Media Marketing Accelerator, DW LLC, immediately, according to the shipping and other instructions you will receive by email after requesting a refund;
  • The hard goods must be returned to Social Media Marketing Accelerator, DW LLC in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Social Media Marketing Accelerator, DW LLC, sole, reasonable discretion.
Refunds are non-refundable and all sales are final once payment has been made.
